I’m confident i can help improve the way your body moves and performs, both in the gym and in work. Maybe this is your first time trying to improve your body but more than likely you have tried lots of magazine plans that promised lots and delivered little, or maybe you’ve had a “new” trainer who was learning on the job and didn’t get deliver any results for you. 

My focus is on lots of small changes that will add up to huge differences in your health and the way your body looks in clothes on holiday and in the bedroom. By making sustainable changes tailored around your work schedule and current life style.

12 week detox mega gym programs are all fine and well but what happens in week 13? major fatigue and a pig out on every fast food that you can get your hands on.

I know you're busy you don't have time to get up a 6am to make a wheat grass smoothie(that tastes like garden) nor do you want to drink 3 gallons of green tea a day (I hope)

We will work together to find practical solutions that will see you improve without gimmicks or boring chicken and broccoli 5 times per day, it's super boring and you will never ever keep it up!
